Rationale

To give guidance on use of phones within the school environment. 

Use of School Phones

Staff wishing to make personal cell phone or toll calls may be invoiced for the cost. 

The school cell phone will be made available when groups of students are on school-based activities outside of the school. 

Parents are able to text the school with information regarding their children, i.e. absences, or for informing change of plans after school. 

Staff may use the school cell phone to text / phone parents for school-related business and notifications.

Student Phones

Students may bring personal cell phones into school. 

Students should hand their cell phone in to the office for safe-keeping.
