Rationale
- The Office Manager and the Bursar are accountable to the Principal.
- To ensure that the Office Manager is able to organise their work effectively.
Procedures
- The Principal, as a representative of the BOT, is responsible for the management of the budget and office staff
- The office manager has the right to prioritise unless otherwise directed by the Principal.
- Whenever possible teachers are to restrict the jobs that they expect the office manager to do.
- The office manager must be informed if any office equipment is to be borrowed, and it is to be returned as soon as possible.
- Senior students are rostered to do simple tasks for the office manager.
- Any financial correspondence for the bursar is to go through the Principal.
