Rationale

  1. The Office Manager and the Bursar are accountable to the Principal.
  2. To ensure that the Office Manager is able to organise their work effectively. 

Procedures

  1. The Principal, as a representative of the BOT, is responsible for the management of the budget and office staff
  2. The office manager has the right to prioritise unless otherwise directed by the Principal.
  3. Whenever possible teachers are to restrict the jobs that they expect the office manager to do.
  4. The office manager must be informed if any office equipment is to be borrowed, and it is to be returned as soon as possible.
  5. Senior students are rostered to do simple tasks for the office manager.
  6. Any financial correspondence for the bursar is to go through the Principal.
