Rationale

To ensure the telephone and fax are used appropriately. 

Procedure

1. The school telephone number is 526 9909, the fax number is 526 7550.
2. Telephone enquiries about students are welcome at all times in accordance with the Privacy Act.  Teachers are not available to answer calls during class time. 
3. Staff may use the telephone and fax for personal calls but they should be mindful that the school pays for every call.
4. Students are able to use the phone in an emergency.
5. The fax may be used by students with teacher supervision.
