STUDENTS’ POSSESSIONS

PROCEDURAL DOCUMENT

Rationale

To try and prevent the loss of possessions. 

Procedure

1. Students are to be encouraged to keep valuables, including money, at home as staff will not accept responsibility for their safekeeping unless they have been given to staff.
2. Lost Property is located in the box outside Tui Room .  Paua Room students are responsible for the daily display of the clothing outside Tui Room.
3. Items other than clothing that are lost are to be handed into the office.
4.  Parents are encouraged to label all students’ clothing.  Any clothing not claimed will be donated to a suitable charity at the end of term.
